I have used this company 4 times to ship 6 vehicles across the country (CA-VA and VA-CA)...each time I have submitted a positive 5 star review after getting the email of a $20 refund offer (small amount, but every penny counts right?). However, I have never actually received the $20 refund to my CC account.
My vehicles were professionally shipped, I had a positive experience with the company and would probably use them again (there are less expensive companies out there). That said, their integrity comes into question when they request customers submit a 5 star review for a refund after their car has been shipped. If they are not actually refunding any $, they are simply conning customers into providing reviews that make them look better than others...which is a scam.
