My experience was excellent all the way through. I did a search initially on the internet for a truck carrier. Direct Express Auto Transport responded immediately, and had the best price out of about 8 people. When I contacted them by phone to ask questions and to contract their services, the gal on the other end of the phone was articulate and helpful. A driver was assigned to me within an hour through D & H Services in Minnesota. The driver, Ben, called the next day to set up pick-up in one day. He called to confirm the day of pick-up and was on time. The vehicle was delivered to a family member in AZ, and he called them 3 times to confirm where he was and when he would be there. He was on time, professional and polite. I had a very positive experience with both companies and would use them again and refer them to others.
