The entire process was seamless. I called to double check the pricing and the person who answered the phone (I think that was Jessie) was very polite and informative. And guess what, no hidden extra fees as promised! I then proceeded to have my father's truck shipped from his house in SC to my house in NJ. The same day I scheduled, I received an email of who the actual trucking company was and when they would pick up. It was so fast. The trucking company assigned was also very polite and professional. It was literally door to door service and it saved me from having to fly to SC and drive the truck home. I would highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transport and will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises. Top Notch company!
