I put in an order online Sunday night and Direct Express Auto Transport had a transport ready for me on Monday morning. The online order submitting service was really easy to use, I got a quote right away and did not have to pay any extra hidden fees. However, I was unable to complete the service at that time because I wasn't expecting such fast response. They were able to find me another transportation the Friday of the same week, which is understandable due to the slow economy these days. The transport truck got my car loaded and was able to get it to me on next Saturday. It was a trip from California to Nebraska and due to the slow economy, the driver waited a few days before leaving California, nothing Direct Express Auto Transport can do about that. Overall experience was good, when I called them, they answered all of my questions. When I contacted them again later that week about getting a new transport, they were also very helpful. The vehicle was delivered to me in very good shape, so I'm happy with the service they provided with me and would use them again in the future when I need to transport another vehicle.
