I called Monday March 16 around 5PM and received a call back within an hour that a transport vehicle was in Florida with 1 available space onboard for my car and that they would pick up my car that same evening. It was picked up at 10PM and we made arrangements to meet up in Phoenix on Saturday morning March 21.
The additional good news was that the driver was early and would be able to drop my car off at my new office 1 day early on Friday if one of the office staff met him. All went perfectly and after arriving by plane on Satruday - I was able tp get my car easliy at the office.
I was totally impressed and while I just happened to hit the timing right on both ends, I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport and again.
Throughout all of this, Jenny and Andre were always there to communicate with me and take myh call. i even spoke with the driver a couple of times gettng an idea of when he would be arriving Phoenix so I would be better able to make arrangements on that end.
