The website was excellent in being able to get a price quote with no email hassles. The information on the website was also excellent in explaining the process. I had to call with a question before placing my transport request and I was able to get someone immediately and I was given an clear and quick answer.
The web price was competitive. It was not the lowest compared to other quotes that I received, but when I placed my request, it was assigned a truck the next day.
The truck driver was excellent. He arrived when expected, was very professional, and delivered the car 1 day earlier than expected with no issues.
