This broker company clearly is set up for first-time users from the general public (versus dealerships) in terms of detailed and reassuring communication throughout the process. They were great and I would definitely use them again. It turned out that it was easier for the driver to deliver my car directly to my home rather than the larger town 45 minutes away that was a lot cheaper for the delivery cost estimate than bringing it to our small “remote” town in Idaho. Not only did the driver offer to deliver it to my home, but two days earlier than I had been told in the email from the company. It just worked out easier for him given the details of the other vehicle he had on the truck with mine, but of course reflects well on Direct Auto Transport even if only indirectly. The only glitch was with following up on Direct Auto Transport’s offer of $20 to write a review: the first time I wrote a review, the program stalled out and dropped my review so I am trying again now. It also didn’t ask for my order number to credit me the $20, but presumably it will this time. But for actual deliver and prompt communication, Direct Auto Transport did an excellent job.
