I was pleased with Direct Express Auto Transport and their communication. I was not at all pleased with JAV the subcontractor assigned to my shipment. They missed their delivery times twice and called with excuses of mechanical issues with their truck and trailer. In addition they said that their truck was in a different location every time they called making no sense whatsoever. I am not sure how a truck gets from Charleston SC, to Laredo TX, to Tulsa, OK then to Dallas TX??? The routing they described makes no sense at all logistically and only makes me think they were lying about the whereabouts of my vehicle.
I would not use Direct Express again if there were a possibility of my shipment being assigned to JAV.
