I shipped an auto with direct express last week (Las Vegas-Tampa). I had been trying to ship this vehicle for 10 days with other carriers and kept getting nothing but runaround. Being told one price, waiting for 5 days, then notified they found driver but it would be an additional 20%.
Called Direct Express, spoke with Edith and explained my frustration. She offered me different prices for quicker service, which I accepted. 3 days later, she had a carrier and all went smoothly. Nice job!
