I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Express Auto Transport. I had used an alternative service which does bidding for your transport and was not happy with it 2 years prior. I wasn’t sure I could do better though.
I really liked the way express auto transport works. I didn’t have to provide contact info so I wasn’t bombarded with inquiries to get the quote. The pricing was very clear, simple, and much lower actually than the bids I had received for the same job. I was contacted on time and notified of all updates. The driver was friendly, courteous, on time, and communicative. He even entertained the neighborhood kids while he was loading!
I’d definitely use direct auto as my first option for auto shipping in the future.
