I would give give a 5 star rating due to the ease and friendly fast service from both the service rep and drivers, but my car showed up without a plate. This was an unexpected hassle, but honestly can’t blame the driver. There has to be nightly stops along the way and this is the world we live in. Not uncommon as I came to understand when filing a police report. If I had to do it again I would absolutely go with Direct Express, but remove the plate before it went on the truck.
