This was my first time to hire a transport company. They did a terrific job and their competitor, Road Runner called me to tell me that the price I received was too low and I involved in a bait & switch. That never occurred and the price quoted was honored. They communicated very well and there were no issues whatsoever. I did email that salesman Jonathan at RoadRunner to say that he caused undue stress by calling me that morning and his call was unprofessional, rude and he lied!
