Ann, thank you for your otherwise nice comments, but we do not say on our website form the word "tip". We do ask the customer, however, "Would you like to add more to the amount due the carrier? It sometimes helps make it go faster." We think it is very clear the extra amount goes entirely to the carrier, which does in fact help make it go faster. Thank you Ann for your business. Glad everything went well.
