We used Direct Express to transport a vehicle after the transport company which we had used many times in the past did not even return my phone calls. Everything about Direct Express worked like clockwork; friendly and helpful people at the office without the sleazy feel many of the companies have, arrangements made quickly, excellent follow-through. Our driver was wonderful and was even early to pick up the vehicle at the appointed location. Delivery was right on time and everyone was happy. Would DEFINITELY use them again!
