This was my 4th time using Direct Express, and have been happy with the service every time. We chose the expedited service this time, and I put down next day as my first available date, and sure enough, I got an email saying that the car will be picked up next day. The estimated delivery had it arriving on Wednesday (car picked up on Friday), but it was actually delivered a day early on Tuesday. Will definitely recommend to others if asked.
