The customer service from Direct Express was really fantastic and it was super quick and easy to book.
My driver did arrive in the time he committed to, however, we had to call and continue to check in with him to have an idea of the ETA. Wish he was a bit more communicative.
Overall, great experience and I will use Direct Express again.
