Direct Express Auto Transport was such a great company and we could not have been happier. When we first shipped our car across country, we used another shipping company and had a TERRIBLE experience, so this time, we knew we needed to find a trustworthy, affordable company to ship our car and were very pleased with everything about Direct Express Auto Transport. From the moment Nicole took my phone call, I was extremely impressed. The entire process was super quick, and I was assigned a carrier by the time they stated. I will say that I was disappointed with the communication between me and the carrier assigned to pick up my car, but everything was handled appropriately and we received our car around the same time we originally were planned. We shipped our car from California to Michigan and it took about 5 days. Couldn't be happier!
