Both online website and customer service person were excellent. There were no surprises or hidden costs. Contacted by Evans Transport who arranged pickup at nearby location. Again both customer service and driver were excellent. Driver delivered car in same condition and worked with my son to pickup auto at a nearby location two days later. I definitely recommend Direct and Evans and will use them again.
