I contracted with DIRECT EXPRESS to transport my 2017 KIA from RI to FL., with ASHLEY, and complimented her on the professional attitude she had in asking all the right questions for DE to provide the service. ASHLEY provided all the information I needed. The pick up was on time and ALEX, the driver, called twice prior to coordinate the pickup time and location. He was very accommodating, friendly, and knew his job as we talked while he loaded. He called along the way, to advise his location. He arrived earlier than scheduled to my Florida location and again called to coordinate who would meet him for receiving my KIA. I called my neighbor and gave ALEX the number also, and both coordinated the delivery between themselves. Since I wasn't in FL yet to pay for the delivery, ALEX gave me his deposit data, dropped the SUV off and said make the deposit when I can, which I did later in the day directly to the bank. Went very easy and my vehicle arrived without any problem. I would definitely use DIRECT EXPRESS again. PJ Zarlenga
