My name is Howard Goei and I work at Pfeiffer Infiniti of Grand Rapids located in Grand Rapids, MI. I have used Direct Express Auto Transport twice in the past three weeks, and have had just the most pleasurable experience with them both times. The first time I used them, I was very apprehensive about using them, since the quote they gave me was so much lower than the next lowest I received from another company, that I was afraid that I would not get the proper service which I was expecting. However, I was wrong! They came through like a champ, and I therefore used them for a second delivery, with the same satisfactory result as the first one. I was so happy with their service, that I recommended them to a customer of mine who was moving from Grand Rapids to Las Vegas, NV who later told me also how satisfied she was with the service she received in the delivery of her car! In both instances, the drivers who picked up the car at our dealership, were very courteous, very careful in loading the cars on the carriers and very respectful to me even though I must have seemed very mother-hen like while watching their every move in loading the cars. The second driver, after he loaded my car on the carrier, decided that he didn't like the position that it was in, took the time to unload it and reload it in a different position! That must have taken him an additional 45 minutes or so to do that! It showed me that he was very concerned about the safe transportation of our property while it was in his hands! You just don't see dedication to that degree much anymore today! That young man really impressed me that day. The pick up was much earlier than expected, and the delivery was punctual, and my customer was very happy when he received his newly purchased car without any damage or any wear and tear from a very long over 600 mile trip! I will definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a very reliable auto transporter for his or her prized cars.
