The process was Smooth and Easy. I called to verify some details of the online quote and details about the process. I entered my order online, with the details of the vehicle, pickup, and drop off locations. I received an email confirmation, and a few days later a email that my order was assigned to a driver. The driver called, and showed up in the time frame he estimated. Then the driver delivered the vehicle when estimated, and in the same condition. I had one issue, where I made an error entering the address. I called and the error was fixed, and an updated order was emailed while I was on the phone. Based on my experience, I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport.
