My experience with Direct Express Auto Transport has been simple and fast both times I have used them! The customer service staff were always friendly and patient. They explained the chain of events thoroughly and seamlessly. The driver gave me a few hours notice before picking up the vehicle and took pictures before loading it on to his truck. Our vehicles arrived timely with no problems. Everyone was very professional and I plan on using them again in the near future.
