After reading reviews I chose Direct Express to help move my newly purchased used car from California to Massachusetts. Kelly advised me of some price options and located a good carrier very quickly. Her email confirmation included contact info to coordinate the pickup at an agreed location. The driver Paul kept me updated on timing and I watched as he loaded the vehicle on an impressive big rig on Christmas day. Six days later it was in MA to be unloaded and transferred to a smaller trailer for delivery to an agreed location a few days later. Eugene arrived on time and unloaded the vehicle. My inspection found no damage but as expected it was dirty from the 3000 mile cross-country winter trip. I handed him his payment, washed the windshield and happily drove the car home.
