Jessie was extremely helpful in helping me change my email address after booking due to a technical problem on my end concerning the email I was using. Also I was extremely impressed how fast a truck booking was made. I made my reservation on Wednesday night, and by noon on Thursday I had a truck assigned. Then the truck arrived on Friday night. Very express service indeed. The truck driver was friendly and took great care with my vehicle. On the delivery, he was spot on and kept in touch even though he was delayed in traffic. I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again.
