I have purchased several vehicles online over the last few years and have had varying degrees of luck with various shippers and/or brokers.
I decided to go with Direct Express based solely on their ratings on this website. From the initial phone contact to the final delivery, I was extremely pleased with the whole process. The vehicle was picked up in California on the day and time it was promised, and was delivered to me in Texas the same way. Kudos to transport company, Cars Across USA as well. The driver was always reachable via cell phone, was very friendly and informative, and was just a great guy all around. The car arrived in the same condition it left in as well, with a well detailed condition report.
I would use this broker (and this shipper if possible) again in a heartbeat. AND... after getting a zillion quotes from other companies, Direct Express was also the least expensive! GREAT service and LOW COST. How can you beat that???
