Arrangements were quick and easy. Pickup was arranged ahead of estimated time. The transporter did an excellent job of securing my 1964 Thunderbird and delivered on exactly the day he estimated he would get there. Car was not damaged, just picked up a little dust along the way. I would definitely use Direct Express again.
