Picked up the car in a very old and dilapidated vehicle that looked as if it could barely make a 100mile trip. Rear tail light missing and taped over. Enclosed trailer was too small for vehicle, so the driver had to roll down the window an climb through the front door. Driver had bad communication skills and spoke very little English.
