Direct express was recommended by the dealership, where we purchased the vehicle. This was all foreign to us, but I did some comparison shopping, and their pricing was competitive. My criticism is the process was not super clear, but in hindsight, it makes sense. You pay them $175, and they go make bids on your behalf to arrange transport. The more you pay, the faster you may get your vehicle. what you're really doing is having this company make bids and coordinate on your behalf. The length of time really depends on how far, how busy they are. we paid the top amount to transport 250 mi between semi major cities. The first try was scheduled as promised, but the dealership didn't have the car ready, so i had to reschedule. It was done easily. Once Our car was ready, i notified them, and they actually got somebody to the dealership within the hour-I'm SURE this was a lucky coincidence. The driver then arrived at our house 24hrs later. It was a big Pickup truck with a 3 car trailer behind. He had lost a wheel on the way! But he had enough to get to us. I'd recommend, but it was sort of a strange process. I'm guessing this is the nature of this industry.
