The experience I had with direct express was perfect. The driver that was hired showed up on time, they used professional courtesy and completed all necessary due diligence before they even started to move the car so they had a record of the condition. They were prompt to pick up the car from the seller in Texas and the car was here in Utah a day early. I selected an enclosed transport and I also obtained bids from three other transport companies. The other bids I received were anywhere from $600-$1600 more than what I ended up paying. I’m pretty confident in my decision in choosing them, I don’t know if everyone will have the same experience but it went amazingly smooth. So definitely give this company consideration.
