Our driver got lost getting to our home, but it worked out. My wife ended up delivering the truck to him. He arrived at the destination state on time. He was very courteous and professional. He ended up having to wait for us, but was gracious about it.
The truck was delivered in excellent shape. No damage and everything was intact. It was a little bit powdery on the surface, looks like he may have driven it through some rain, but nothing that can't come off.
As for the autotransportdirect people, they were great. Easy phone call, they set me up with a driver within 3-5 days, can't remember.
I would definitely use this service again.
