We had such a great experience with Direct Express Auto Transport from start to finish! This was our first time shipping a car, and Direct Express made us feel completely comfortable. First off, we loved how their website gave us an immediate quote, unlike all of the others that made us provide our phone number, address, etc. and wait to get a call back. Secondly, their quote was $200 cheaper than every other company we checked out! Their customer service was also amazing. Our calls were always answered by friendly, knowledgeable representatives (never a recording, and never with any wait time) who were really patient with all of our questions and concerns. We had to change the delivery address twice (the second time, our driver was already en route!) and both times the change was made and a confirmation email was sent to us immediately. Our driver Doug was super nice, which reassured us that our car would be in good hands. We actually ended up reaching NJ a day earlier than planned, and thought it was a long shot but called Doug to see if he could possibly deliver it early...he was there that afternoon! Again, the entire experience was awesome. Needless to say, we'll definitely be using y'all the next time we need a car shipped and will highly recommend you to all of our friends. Thanks again!!
