I never transported a car before so this was a whole new experience. It wasn't any more difficult than arranging for a Fed Ex Shipment. I was contacted either by E-mail or phone every step of the way. My car arrived safely and I was notified the day before of its arrival. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I received over ten different quotes and the price was WELL below others. If I should ever have to ship my car again, I would definitely use Direct Express and not hesitate to recommend.
