Speedy response time to email inquiries and booking. Promptly scheduled pickup and delivery. The driver was dealing at the loading end with my elderly parents, and he was pleasant, clean, thoughtful and efficient. He was exactly on time too, having called the evening before to zero in on a half hour time block. At the delivery end, he was again fast and efficient, having called the night before. Also, the pre loading instructions were precise and easy to follow. The car arrived in Virginia looking as good as it had when it was loaded in Iowa.
The value/price of this transaction was incredible. We couldn't have driven the car at that cost. We would definitely recommend Direct Express. It was good to see that a company does exactly what it says it is going to do, on time, and for the price they quoted.
