We transported my Mom's 1999 VW Passat from Arizona to Maryland. We were contacted on the week of the promised date and arranged for the location and time for the pickup of the car. We were pleasantly surprised to here from the hauler a full week ahead of the expected time. He confirmed the address and location of the delivery and gave me an expected delivery date. On the date of the delivery he contacted me again to give me a time window for the delivery. We also discussed a location that we were both familiar with to enable him to have enough room to unload his truck. I was unable to be there for the delivery, but my Mother and daughter met the driver. My Mother and daughter told me he was professional, curteous and respectful. The car was delivered with no apparent damage due to the transport. Overall, we are very satisfied and would use Direct Express Auto Transport again when we need to ship another car.
