Shipping an automobile can be a little nerve wracking, especially a brand new vehicle. However, Direct Express made everything so easy. We were assigned a truck promptly, we were even able to move up our pick up date, no questions asked. Our truck arrived earlier than expected. It was a little dirty, but that was to be expected after being on an open truck for 4 days. We would definitely use them again.
