I did a lot of pricing and initially chose a different company that had a great website, complete with excellant referrals, and good prompt, initial phone service. After commiting to them and giving credit card it all went to H***. To shorten this story i cancelled with them and found a website that recommended Direct and after more extensive checking i found their credentials to be valid. My auto was delivered on time as promised and very promptly. The cost was more but service and honesty was/is excellant. I WILL DEAL WITH THEM for any future transactions...
