I don''t normally do surveys but I was going to send you all a thank you note anyway. I have to give a bit of background on the vehicle that was transported. It was at a custom shop that we had been having issues with, they had the car for TEN months! It''s my son''s car, and he is deployed in Iraq right now and wanted me to get it back for him. Anyway, I called R & R (my assinged transport) and told them the issue and wanted him to let me know of any attempted cancellations or delays from the guy he was picking it up from, which DID occur on the Friday of scheduled pick up, which made it the second time that happened! (Timberwolf Transport was the original transport assigned I never talked to them, but they had gotten delayed/cancelled by the pick up). Anyway (trying to keep it short) R & R understood the issue, allowed me to call and bug him multiple times, he stayed with it, eventually made the pick up, and was just awesome about the whole thing! I would highly recommend you all for setting it up, and R & R for helping us out! It''s hard to do business with a business online, because you don''t really know anything about them, I used your business based on your BBB rating, and I was more than pleased! I was so pleased with R & R, I gave him a pretty generous tip!
