When I decided to ship my car from Illinois to Arizona, I received quotes from several carriers. At $650 Direct Express was by far the lowest of all the quotes. The person I spoke with to schedule the delivery was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. A driver arrived within a few hours to pick up my car. All it took was about 10 minutes (maybe less) and my car was loaded onto the truck and on its way from Illinois to Arizona.
Although I was expecting the delivery to take at least four days, it only took three days for it to arrive. When it arrived, my daughter (who was receiving the car) was not available. Although he had to wait about an hour, the driver was very very accommodating in working around my daughter's schedule to arrange for the car's delivery. The car arrived in Arizona the same condition it left Illinois. This was such an easy experience, made that way by the professional staff at Direct Express, I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to everyone I know. Considering the elimination of wear and tear on my car (not to mention myself), and not having to pay for gas, I feel shipping with Direct Express was well worth the cost.
