Direct Express was very sufficent with the pick up and delivery time. I was able to reach the driver, that was transporting my vehicle. He was very pleasant, and always available to let me know, exactly where he was. I really appreciate this service. I would defiitely use Direct Express Auto again, if ever needing to transport my vehicle again. I would also recommend this company to anyone I know, that may need ther vehicle transported...
