Direct Express Auto was terrific from the first contact. They found us a great transporter (Energy Transportation) and we could not have been more pleased with the overall service and professionalism. We were in contact with their dispatcher, Lucy, from the first day and she kept in contact with us through out the transport period. We would certainly use both companies again. We already gave Direct Express Auto a great review on their questionaire so compensation though appreciated was not necessary. They are a great company.
