While I think a lot has to do with the driver and transport company that gets the bid, this experience turned out GREAT. Once I had placed the order, my first call was within a half an hour. The actual company, Maddin Auto Transport from Texas was ready to ship the car pretty much immediately.
The driver, Anthony, was super flexible and concerned with MY needs as a customer, compared to his needs as a driver. A previous experience, with a different company, was not at all that way.
Anthony, and the other driver working with him, got the car to California way sooner than we expected, but worked with my relative to meet his desired location and time. This delivery went very well.
Be aware that not only are these huge trucks they use, but also TALL and overhanging branches and trees are a concern at pickup and delivery. The only other suggestion, is to be ready to ship the car before calling - both of my experiences involved pickups SOONER than what I had planned on. While they may not pick up your car immediately, you should plan for that possibility.
Overall - an A+ for that experience. The $10 I get for this review did not influence its content. It DID, however, get me to go find the paperwork and complete the form.
