It was very easy setting up with Direct Express after learning the rules and coming to a decision. Too easy, in fact. Make the call, do the deposit, done.
Alotting time is the key factor in car transport, and that's what I got from them because I gave the same. You have to do that before you make the call. When the time came to situate the car, I got a call from a setup man( Lonnie Jackson), who got me in touch with the guy who was going to take my car. His name is Jack. Never got a last name, but no big deal. His name's Jack and that's a cool name anyway.
When the day came to take the car, Jack came to my house early for pickup. We shared a little banter, then went over the rules again and made sure we would both be at the same place at the same time, relatively. I would be flying into the destination point on the day of and would arrive before him.
The day came. I got there early as expected, but Jack ended up arriving late thanks to a previous client. He would have been on time if not for her. When he did arrive, the car was exactly as I had given it. I paid him, exchanged a little more banter, and he took off to conclude other business.
I would definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone transporting a car long distances. The quotes are fair and the people are cool. What more do you need?
