I'm greatly pleased with the service. The reasons are: 1. I got an e-mail that my vehicle will be picked up within a time-window. 2. I got a call from the driver asking my convenience to pick the car on that day. 3. He came, examined the vehicle for any damage and picked up the same. 4. The vehicle was delivered before time in Michigan. There were no damages. The car was not any more dirty than it should have had I chosen to drive. All in all, I'm pretty pleased. There is nothing that should, hence, hold me from giving their service a 5 star.
