This was the first experience I have had with transporting a car. I scheduled the pick up date through Direct Express 3 days ahead, while the car was being serviced in Grants Pass and while I was still in LA. I was very happy with the frequent communication between the driver and me. I arrived in Grants Pass one day before the scheduled pick up date and received a call from the driver's boss on the morning of the pick up date. I was first given a 2- hour window for pick up and was asked to call the driver to discuss pick up preferences. I called the driver and he let me know his exact location and his estimated arrival time based on his navigation system. The driver, Mike, arrived right on time. He loaded the car very carefully and let me know that he was headed to Chico to pick up a motorcycle and then would go straight to my delivery address the following day. Mike called me the next morning to let me know that he was unable to pick up the motorcycle because he couldn't get the gate open, but that he would find a shop to repair his gate so that he could deliver my car on its scheduled delivery date. He got the gate fixed that same day and delivered my car on schedule. This driver was fantastic and really got the job done for me! I would happily use this transport service again.
