The overall experience was very good. The car was picked-up the first day it was available, a Monday evening, and was delivered in two days time, Wednesday evening. The service was excellent. The delivering driver was not able to drive the truck down our street, so he unloaded the car and drove it to our house and walked back. The only thing we (my wife and myself) would ask them to improve on was that the company spokesperson (I do not recall their name) said they would give us 24 hours notice by phone before pick-up, but we were given less than 12 hours notice by e-mail. However, they were willing to arrange a good time for pick-up and drop off. We would recommend them to others looking for a carrier and will use them again if the need arises. The price was by far the most competitive as well ($575 from suburban Washington D.C. to suburban Kansas City).
