I was in the process of moving from Canada to the US. I needed to ship my vehicle from Monterey, CA to Boston, MA and I was staying at a hotel in Monterey for 4 nights. The telephone staff were very accommodating of my unusual request and narrow window of pickup (3 days).
The actual shipper, PG Daniel Inc., was a pleasure to work with. They called one day in advance both on pickup and delivery and we were able to arrange meetings without difficulty. The car took 11 days to arrive.
Overall a very satisfied customer and would be happy to do business with autotransportdirect.com and PG Daniel Inc. again.
