Our outstanding record speaks for itself. We are sorry customer John G. had an unpleasant experience (very unusual) but he did cancel on our first driver because he was not ready - and then impatiently hounded our second driver all the way from the rugged hills 50 miles southwest of Palm Springs to Illinois. Ten days delivery time is not ideal, certainly, but it is also not that unusual considering holiday interruptions (Thanksgiving). It is not the responsibility of the driver for a customer dead battery. John should know that all Jaguar owners suffer that as well as many other ailments. Buying British cars is always dicey.
We wish John success in all his future endeavors.
