When the vehicle was picked up the driver was great. He got the vehicle from Ct. to Ok. in two days. When he got into Ok. he was hit by the blizzard that went through the state on Xmas eve and the highways were closed. But lo and behold he was just like SANTA CLAUS and delivered it on Christmas Day to my son who desperately needed it. Hopefully I will never have to send my son another car but if I did I would call "Direct Express Auto Transport".
