I have used Direct Express on 4 occasions now for cars I purchased. I live in Steger,Il. which is 20 minutes South/East of Chicago,but I was born in Chicago and grew up and lived on the South Side for 38 of my 42yrs,so I know a good deal and know when someone is a bulls**t artist.
I have had a car hauled to me from New Jersey(70 Ford Galaxie 4dr.) Virginia(74 Hurst Olds) Tennessee(77 442) and Georgia(72 Ford Galaxie 4dr.) Everytime DE employees were very friendly and outgoing on the phone,my confirmation was emailed to me within 5min. of the conversation and the sub-contractors they use have always been prompt,courteous and on-time or early.
I enjoy dealing with Direct Express so much I actually have recommended them to people who have bought vehicles from me as well-this I've done on 4 other occasions, 2 cars DE hauled that I resold(the 70 Galaxie and 77 442) and twice with friends who sold rare classic cars(56 Ford and 62 Chevy) always on open transport and the results were perfect.
Prices quotes were always at least 30% cheaper than any other hauler-in at least half the cases they were 60% cheaper-some of these transport companies are so ridiculous price wise I hope Direct Express puts them all out of business! Final rating: 99.99% out of 100. THE BEST!!!
