Our experience with Direct Express was outstanding. We were given a fixed quote which was accurate and honored. The pick up was on time, and we were extremely impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the driving team (Waggoners Trucking): the truck was immaculate, and we were given the driver's contact information. The vehicle was not damaged in any way and was delivered promptly. Should the need arise, we would not hesitate to use Direct Express again and we highly recommend them.
